It’s not just about the beers! GABS also features some of the best entertainment Sydney has on offer. From big brass bands, a silent disco, masterclasses and even circus performers!

Discover the Future of Craft Beer at the Up & Coming Brewers Bar

The GABS Cares program, in partnership with Hop Products Australia (HPA) are proud to present the Up & Coming Brewers Bar – showcasing four breweries who are new or emerging in each state.

This initiative offers selected breweries a fully sponsored opportunity to showcase their craft to a broad audience of beer enthusiasts.

The Up & Coming Brewers showcasing at GABS Sydney are:

Cypher Brewing Co in Gungahlin, Canberra, is a locally-owned brewery dedicated to creating a relaxed space for the community to enjoy their range of craft beers brewed on-site.

Method Brewing, located in Islington, Newcastle, is an independent brewery focused on method-driven, quality beers for the local community.

Squinters Brewing Co in Penrith, New South Wales, offers a selection of beers across 12 taps, complemented by an on-site food truck, Beefy’s Burgers.

Yard Kings Brewing Co in Morisset, Lake Macquarie, combines their craft brewery with a smokehouse, offering fresh beers and a low ‘n’ slow BBQ menu in a relaxed brewpub setting.
