GABS Melbourne 2025 Survey Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter is GABS Festival, a division of SpecTAPular Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 99 147 869 406).

2. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who attended GABS Melbourne 2025 and complete the post-event survey.

3. Entry Period: The competition opens at 9:00am AEST on April 11 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on May 11 2025.

4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the official GABS Melbourne 2025 post-event survey during the entry period. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a GABS25 Festival Six Pack featuring six beers showcased at the 2025 GABS Melbourne Festival. Total prize value is approximately AUD $60.

6. Prize Draw: The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries at 12:00pm AEST on May 13 at the GABS office in Melbourne. The winner will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw.

7. Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to an Australian address provided by the winner. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.

8. Unclaimed Prize: If the prize is not claimed within 7 days, a redraw will occur at 12:00pm AEST on May 15 and the new winner will be notified via email.

9. General: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to being contacted by GABS Festival for promotional purposes.

10. Privacy: Information collected will be handled in accordance with the GABS Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of this promotion and festival improvement.
