We're proud to have opened the first microbrewery in Berwick! Director and head brewer Lachie is responsible for our brewing roster along with sourcing high quality ingredients and following quality brewing practices that produces craft beer that is bold and fun.

The name Brooklyn Depot originates from our OG site which was a bus depot on the East Coast of Australia... since then we’ve become a cult favourite and name-checked for having the best burgers outside of the big apple. We set out to create a unique American dining experience with a banging bar and atmosphere to match.

DELIRIUM
Dollar Bill is a Ballarat based brewing and blending company. We take fresh pressed fruit, honey and wort from local producers, which is then fermented and aged in French oak barrels. These barrels are then blended to create Belgian inspired ales, Ciders, Mead and barrel aged beers.

Operating out the yellow and red food truck with his own Mother caricatured on the back, owner Jason El-Azar started Nuggies to bring the people what they want. More nuggets. They'll be dishing up a range of nugget varieties from the OG recipe, honey soy, to an ambitious ‘Nuggerita’ or nugget snack-pack creation with nuggets topped in rich tomato sugo and melted mozzarella cheese.

In the middle of the old part of Bamberg, directly beneath the mighty cathedral, one can find the historic smoked beer brewery Schlenkerla. First mentioned as "House of the blue lion" in 1405, the Schlenkerla is today run by the Trum family in the 6th generation and is the fountain of Original Schlenkerla Smokebeer.

Snow Monkey Sake RTD was launched in July 2024. It is an easy drinking Sake product which is vibrant, fresh and a gluten free option. It is also the only sparkling sake on the market in RTD format.
