DELIRIUM
Dollar Bill is a Ballarat based brewing and blending company. We take fresh pressed fruit, honey and wort from local producers, which is then fermented and aged in French oak barrels. These barrels are then blended to create Belgian inspired ales, Ciders, Mead and barrel aged beers.

They'll be dishing up a range of nugget varieties from the OG recipe, honey soy, to an ambitious ‘Nuggerita’ or nugget snack-pack creation with nuggets topped in rich tomato sugo and melted mozzarella cheese.

In the middle of the old part of Bamberg, directly beneath the mighty cathedral, one can find the historic smoked beer brewery Schlenkerla. First mentioned as "House of the blue lion" in 1405, the Schlenkerla is today run by the Trum family in the 6th generation and is the fountain of Original Schlenkerla Smokebeer.
