Andrew Morwood

Customer Enhancement & Graphics Manager

Heading up the graphics studio at Orora Group – the country’s leading manufacturer of aluminium cans for the craft beer industry – Andrew plays a key role in supporting craft breweries to get the best from their label designs.
With an intricate knowledge of printing and design techniques, Andrew works closely with in-house designers, agencies and freelancers to ensure the brewery’s creative vision is brought to life in the best possible way on the 360° aluminium canvas.

When he’s not busy navigating can designs, you’ll find Andrew enjoying a craft beer or two (he’s partial to a Hawkers XPA or Brick Lane Supernova) while watching a bit of footy.

Murray Read

Business Development Director

Murray has over 20 years media and advertising experience and has worked in Sydney, London and Brisbane. Starting his career on the media agency side, he moved to National TV media sales in 2009 and has worked in Out-Of-Home since 2015, currently specialising in digital out-of-home solutions with BIG OUTDOOR ANZ.

His current role as the Director of Business Development allows him fantastic opportunities to work with a range of local, national and international clients including many not-for-profits and charities, which use BIG’s digital billboard network to grow their brands and promote their range of products and services.

Outside of work, Murray loves spending time with his family, coaching junior AFL Footy, beach days at Straddie, travelling and enjoying new foods and drinks!

With a ‘CAN do’ attitude, Murray knows what it takes to make a brand famous on a screen and can’t wait to be a judge for the ’25 design awards – may the best CAN win!

Iggy Rodriguez

Executive Creative Director

Iggy is a firm believer in the power that a single, great idea has to evoke an emotional connection in people. This sets the benchmark for everything he does, using creativity to bring about a positive change in the world.

If you’ve ever watched Mad Men, you can think of him as the Don Draper or sometimes even the Peggy character depending on the project. Yep, he’s coined many a corny advertising slogan but doesn’t do jingles.

To escape the world of creative briefs and deadlines, Iggy likes the soothing ocean water and goes surfing or sailing in Manly.

He embraces his Argentinian heritage and loves cooking a big parrilla barbecue, wood fired pizzas or smoking meats, which of course can’t be done without a cold, tasty beer in hand.

Pale Ales are usually his jam, but he’s also quite partial to a fruity sour, or a Watermelon Pilsner.

Luke Savvides

Design Director

Luke’s a Design Director who loves making ideas happen. He’s into every stage of the creative process, from a rogue brief to the final execution. Luke has over 10 years’ experience leading creative for some of Australia’s biggest events and working with some of Australia’s biggest brands. He loves taking a visual and bending it till it breaks, so it can be rebuilt with a different feel. For him, it’s about staying curious and always pushing design further.

Inspiration comes from anywhere, from a sunset to a shit joke, it’s all fuel… sort of. When he’s not creating, Luke loves snowy peaks and saltwater, live music, bad movies and good beer. His poison? It’s either flipping steaks with a Project Brewing Hazy or dusting off the sand with a Pacific Ale in hand. Flip a coin.
