POLL VOTING
Only one vote is permitted per person, and a valid email address must be submitted for each vote to be counted. GABS reserves the right to remove votes, or voting behaviour, that appear to break this rule, be manufactured, or we deem to be false or not in the spirit of the poll. 

INCENTIVES
No brands or breweries other than GABS are permitted to offer prizes, incentives or inducements of any value in exchange for votes, or promote the poll in a way that could be perceived as such. Brands and breweries are not permitted to ask for proof of votes. 

POLL PRIZE OFFER
Competition entry is limited to residents of Australia only.

100 winners will be chosen, by way of random draw by the promoter’s auditors.

Employees of Spectapular Enterprises or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

To enter the competition, vote for your 3 favourite can designs via the voting platform from the list of entries in the GABS 2024 Can Design Awards.

Entrants must be over 18 years of age to be eligible for the competition.

The closing date for entry will be determined by the promoter.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

All entrants agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the existing Privacy Policy found at gabsfestival.com.

The prize is limited to the following outlined components. All additional travel costs, spending money, insurances, additional meals and miscellaneous items are prize winner’s expense. All prize bookings will be subject to Australian Government COVID-19 guidelines.

PRIZES:

All voters go into a draw to win one of 100 tickets to any evening session at GABS Festivals in 2025.

Any breaches of the above terms, intentional or otherwise, will lead to the brand/brewery and/or voter being disqualified. GABS’ decision on all matters related to the integrity of the awards is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
